Kambiz Hakimi is Managing Partner of Amira Chance, LLC, a leading commercial real estate company based in Los Angeles. He is experienced in all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, including acquisition, development, remodeling, leasing, financing, and property management. Under his leadership, the company has expanded throughout Southern California and entered multiple markets in Texas. Earlier in his career, he and his brother, Kamran, worked closely with their father, Eli Hakimi, who owned and operated successful companies in apparel manufacturing and real estate development. Under their father’s mentorship, they gained valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, and organization and use these experiences everyday as the foundation of the Amira Chance business philosophy. Additionally, he was a partner in Mesmerize Clothing, a high-end fashion line sold in boutiques, specialty shops, and premier department stores nationwide. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV, and Film from California State University, Northridge and has completed additional education in real estate law, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and apparel manufacturing at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He also studied documentary filmmaking & he enjoys being involved in helping the community by being involved with various Jewish charitable causes.
